As a volunteer, you may need the following documents:

 

Tax-Exempt Form - As a 501c3, we do not need to pay sales tax for anything purchased for CRES PTO purposes. Please share this form with the merchant and they should be able to deduct sales tax. 

 

Student Volunteers - Please submit your hours to your school. They will then send us an email to validate your hours. You may use president@crespto.org or events@crespto.org as your point of contact.

 

Reimbursements - please submit all reimbursements as soon as possible in the same month as your expenses. We will be unable to reimburse anything after the end of the fiscal year (June 30). 

Send this form and receipts to treasuer@crespto.org.

 

 

 

Are you helping run an event? Here's a checklist to help you get started!

 

Before the Event:

  • Need to confirm date and room reservations? Work with VP of Events to secure dates/space. 
  • Need volunteers? Work with VP Events to create a sign up genius and send out in PTO communications.
  • Need petty cash for change? Submit a request to treasurer@crespto.org with the amount and your breakdown of bills (usually $1 and $5, please avoid using coins!)
