As a volunteer, you may need the following documents:

Tax-Exempt Form - As a 501c3, we do not need to pay sales tax for anything purchased for CRES PTO purposes. Please share this form with the merchant and they should be able to deduct sales tax. 

Student Volunteers - Please submit your hours through x2Vol using president@crespto.org or events@crespto.org as your point of contact.

Reimbursements - please submit all reimbursements as soon as possible in the same month as your expenses. We will be unable to reimburse anything after the end of the fiscal year (June 30).
