The Sixth Grade Hidden Creek Party is a parent-hosted, optional, out-of-school event. It is not sponsored by the PTO or Colvin Run Elementary School. Questions: Contact Julie Assad

A Reminder: The 6th Grade Hidden Creek Party is a KID-ONLY event.  Please only buy a ticket for your 6th grader.  We will have ~20 parents chaperoning the event.  They will be stationed throughout the Clubhouse, where the party will be held, including the restrooms.  The chaperones will not be participating in the party but will be stationed in key areas to ensure that all 6th graders make good choices and enjoy their evening.  If you would like to volunteer, please contact Julie Assad.

Donations

We are accepting donations from families who would like to contribute funds to sponsor students who cannot afford to participate in the festivities. If you'd like to donate - please enter the amount in the white box to the right.

Please let Barbara Ruffner in the main office know if you are unable to afford the payment for the River Bend Party. You may request payment assistance. The goal is to have 100% participation; funds should not be a reason not to attend.
